For most repairs

For late night gas and electric emergencies
|
Call Duke Energy at (513) 421-9500.
|
|
For fire and other emergencies
|
Call 911 - Please also call the Property Manager at that time to notify KK Properties of the emergency.
|
|
For a water pipe break or leak
|
Find the main shutoff valve in the basement of the house and turn it completely off. Then leave a message for the Property Manager for the repairs needed.

|
For emergency repairs only
|
Call the emergency repair line at (513) 379-5848. Please note, there will be a $100 fine for calls not deemed a true emergency.
